You will be picked up from your hotel in an air-conditioned mini bus at 9:00 a.m. by your German-speaking tour guide. El-Gouna is located about 22 kilometers north of Hurghada directly on the Red Sea. El Gouna (The Lagoon) was built by the Egyptian entrepreneur Samih Sawiris in April 1989 as a holiday area. El-Gouna was built in a mixture of traditional Nubian style and modern architecture, mainly using local materials such as clay and natural stone.
